The goal of the training is to learn to understand the organization’s working strengths at the individual level,
to recognize the natural communication styles of different people and to learn how to motivate each person for the best results.
The training includes both theory and practical exercises.
Thomas HPA training includes:
- Two days of training
- Personal Profile Analysis (Thomas HPA)
- Feedback discussion on the analysis with a Thomas consultant (duration one hour)
- 54 free training units
- Personal certification with a Thomas consultant (duration approx. 1.5 hours)
Those who have completed the training are ready to make and use HPA analyzes in their own organization immediately after the training.
