As a member of the Amiko team, you gain access to numerous employee benefits.
As our agency worker, you perform your work for our customer but Amiko is your employer.
What does working as an Amiko team member mean, besides a job?
- Salary that is at least as good as the minimum set in the collective agreement
- Pension and social security payments made in line with legislation
- Workwear suited to the tasks
- Accident insurance
- Occupational health services
We make sure that in addition to salary, your travel and overtime compensation meets, or exceeds, the standard set in the collective agreement. Amiko provides statutory occupational healthcare. You are entitled to sick pay during sick leave.
A staffing agency can also be a long-term employer.
Many of our agency workers transfer to a customer company as a permanent employee. Thanks to our extensive networks, you can find employment in various companies through us. The best thing about working for Amiko is flexibility: you can work in a way that suits your situation – either part-time or full-time.

Amiko has implemented an early support model
Amiko has implemented an early support model, which defines reporting practices for sickness absences and notification procedures for other absences. It also defines limits for absences, after which Amiko’s representative holds a meeting with the employee. When necessary, we arrange for the employee to meet an occupational health nurse or to attend a health check.
We offer a professional application process and support for working life
Amiko will find you employment that suits your situation; you will not be left to your own devices. Amiko takes care of your employment contract and wages – you can call us at any time.
